We accept Visa and Mastercard. We charge for all items before printing. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom.
All our goods are sent via Business Post, TNT or Fastways to ensure a prompt delivery, all prices are subject to weight of the goods and will be calculated accordingly at point of purchase.

Delivery Schedule
For the purposes of this section "a Working Day" is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in the UK.
Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery is next working day from dispatch.
All delivery dates are estimates only and the Company will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

If the Customer fails to receive the goods on the quoted delivery date the Company reserves the right to store the goods until the Customer can receive or collect the goods and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer.

Tax Charges
All orders which are subject to VAT will be charged at 17.5%

Credit Card Security
Guarantee All orders need to be paid for in advance of going to print, cancellation can only be received prior to print run.
Artwork submitted will be considered to be approved before receipt and we will not take any liability in errors within customers own artwork.
Artwork and design produced by ourselves will not be approved for print until the customer has confirmed via fax/e-mail that they have checked their files fully for errors.

The Customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to the Company unless the goods are being returned because they are incorrect or defective, in which case the Company will arrange for the goods to be collected by their nominated carrier.
